What to include

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• Your Morny app version
• The date, time and time zone when the problem occurred
• What you were doing when it happened
• The error message or a screenshot of the relevant screen

Hide unnecessary personal information about you or your partner in screenshots. You do not need to send passwords, authentication codes or private recordings.

Supported devices

Morny for iOS requires an iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

To exchange morning calls, both people need Morny on their own devices and must connect using an invite code.

Choose your language

Go to Settings → Language and select System (default), 한국어, or English. The default follows your device’s language: Korean for Korean, and English for other languages.

The selection is saved on this device and updates app text immediately. Nicknames, titles you enter and recordings are unchanged. Notification language updates when the app next successfully syncs the device’s notification registration. Previously delivered notifications keep their original text.

Newly prepared alarms use the selected language for app-provided buttons. Existing alarms keep the wording used when prepared. iOS permission prompts and other system controls follow iOS language settings.

2. The other person enters that code.
